Sept 12, 2008 Meeting Minutes

We traveled to Shamus Barrett's house to get a better understanding of the challenges that Shamus and his family faces.  Shamus has many barriers in accomplishing tasks that we take for granted in our everyday lives.  We had decided that we want to provide a device that will enable Shamus some independence from his caretakers and allow his caretakers to have peace of mind when they leave Shamus in his bedroom alone.  We needed to get an idea of what they were looking for in a device.
